Earlier today my system locked up. It would not boot up. I called UConnect. Ut they were unable to figure out how to do so. They transferred me to the Sirius folks who did not know either. They just told me to take it to my local service dept. I can find info online about resetting earlier models, but nothing on this. Thanks for any suggestions. Unhook the negative battery cable and leave it off for 10 minutes then reconnect.

I've posted that before for a few other members with the To reset the Jeep Grand Cherokee radio, hold down the two dial buttons for ten seconds. You will come into problems with the sound. Try pulling it for 10 seconds. Pull it out for 30 seconds then put it back in. As mentioned, you can pull the fuse or just wait about 5 minutes with the jeep turned off and it will shut off.
